To make wheat flour halwa with goodness of honey, following ingredients can be used

• 1/3 cup ghee
• ½ cup Atta
• 1 cup water
• ½ cup honey
• Chopped dry fruits

• Melt ghee in a pan on medium heat. Once the ghee melts, add atta to it and mix to combine well with the ghee.
• Add warm water to the atta mix.
• Continue to stir the atta and cook until it turns brown in color and gives a nice aroma. All the water should be absorbed by flour.
• Once it cools down add in the honey and mix.
• Serve halwa immediately garnished with chopped dried fruits.
