Carrot and walnut honey delight

Here is a healthy recipe that is sweet and with a spicy kick and it has the goodness of carrots, walnuts and Nature’s Nectar organic honey. For this recipe, you can use organic honey with cinnamon.

 Cooking Time : 35 - 40 minutes

  • Walnuts
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil
  • Chili powder
  • Natures nectar organic honey with cinnamon
  • In a pan add the walnut and toss it for some time and then keep it aside
  • Now wash the carrots and peel off the skin. Dice the carrots into small cubes. In the pan add a bit of olive oil and put the diced carrots into this oil. Toss the carrots and then cover the pan with a lid and let the carrots cook for a while.
  • Now to the carrots add the salt and a dash of chili powder and mix well. Again place the lid and cook till the carrots become tender.
  • Now switch off the gas and to the carrots add the organic honey with cinnamon and mix well. Finally, add the walnuts and mix well.

Carrot and walnut honey delight is ready. You can have it as a side dish or you can also have it in the form of a healthy starter.
